As if Seaham Hall’s award-winning Serenity Spa wasn’t relaxing and rejuvenating enough, the 5-star coastal resort in County Durham has introduced even more innovative treatments to enhance your mental and physical wellbeing
The hotel has unveiled brand new ‘Blue Health’ spa and wellness packages drawing on the health benefits of its coastal location.

Its new series of treatments have been carefully formulated, taking inspiration from the hotel’s stunning surroundings and the natural landscapes of the Durham Heritage Coast.

From September 2023, you will be able to indulge your senses with a special overnight experience in one of the hotel’s individually designed rooms, or with a Heart of the Hebrides spa day.

As its name suggests, Heart of the Hebrides is designed to transport your senses to the stunning Isle of Lewis – home to some of the purest waters in the world, alongside healing springs and potent health-boosting seaweed.

You’ll embark on a chilled out journey to rejuvenation shortly after arrival and enjoy a 90-minute ishga 5 Senses ritual – an innovative face and body treatment designed to harmonise sight, touch, taste, smell and sound to encourage your body into a state of ultimate relaxation.

For an even deeper reset, you might like to immerse yourself in Serenity Spa’s very own Swell Relaxation Suite, which features a bespoke meditative lounge.

Post-treatment, you’ll be invited to down a Doctor Seaweed smoothie shot to help revitalise your body before savouring a nourishing two-course lunch at Seaham Hall’s pan-Asian inspired restaurant, Ozone.

You are, of course, then welcome to make the most of the facilities, which include a hydrotherapy pool, Asian herbal sanariam, and Zen garden.
